Good food! Including fat and carbs! You heard me!


Eating food that is good for your body and in the right amounts is incredibly important for our overall health and well-being. The food we eat provides our bodies with the nutrients and energy it needs to function properly, fight off illness and disease, and maintain a healthy weight.

Here are some reasons why eating the right food is important:

1. Nutrient intake: our bodies needs a variety of nutrients, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals, to function properly. Eating a well-balanced diet that includes a variety of foods from all food groups ensures that we get all the nutrients your body needs.

2. Disease prevention: Certain foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, are rich in antioxidants, fiber, and other nutrients that can help reduces our risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

3. Weight management: Eating a diet that is high in fiber and protein can help you feel full and satisfied, which can reduce your overall calorie intake and help us maintain a healthy weight.

4. Energy and focus: The food we eat provides the fuel our bodies needs to function properly. Eating a diet that is high in healthy carbohydrates (yes carbs! From fruits veggies among other sources🤗) and lean proteins can help us maintain steady energy levels and improve your focus and concentration.

5. Improved digestion: Eating a diet that is rich in fiber and water(can’t stress the water enough!) can help promote regular bowel movements and prevent constipation.

Overall, eating good food that’s is good for our bodies is crucial for our health and well-being. By choosing nutrient-dense, whole foods and avoiding processed and junk foods, you can improve your overall health and reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
