Some benefits of getting a restful nights sleep are:

1ļøāƒ£ Be more energized and alert

2ļøāƒ£ Reduces stress and the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke

3ļøāƒ£ Reduces inflammation and the risk of diabetes and cancer

4ļøāƒ£ Improves memory and brain function

5ļøāƒ£ Promotes weight loss by balancing the hormones ghrelin and leptin that regulate appetite

6ļøāƒ£ Reduces risk of depression and anxiety

7ļøāƒ£ Detoxifies the body. Avoid eating less than 2 hours before bed. The body can’t detox if it has to digest.

8ļøāƒ£ Boost the immune system

9ļøāƒ£ Helps regulate blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity

šŸ”Ÿ Improves emotions and social interactions

Make sure your getting a good night’s rest of 7-9 hours. If you’re having trouble falling or staying asleep here are some things you can do that will help.

Sweet Dreams! šŸ˜“šŸŒ™šŸ’«
